All of the sales gimmicks in the world will not cure your acne. You need to learn how to stop acne before it can begin to form by understanding how your body functions and what you can do to make it healthy.
In short, acne is a hormonal disorder that you are either born with or you are not. This is why your friends can do whatever they want and have porcelain skin and you might not be able to. It's sad, but it's true. If you are prone to acne you will have over-active hormones and you need to calm them down.

The next thing you need to do is exercise. Aerobic exercise in particular is extremely efficient at controlling hormones and regulating your system. It also improves circulation and helps remove toxins from your skin. Get at least 30 minutes a day if possible, but 4-5 times a week at the very least.
Lastly, supplementing with a few high quality supplements can speed the process along. They give your body the nutrients you may not be getting in your regular diet. Spirulina for one is a nutrient dense supplement I highly recommend.
